We are looking for an experienced Care Co-ordinator/Scheduler who would like to work for an ethical and prestigious domiciliary care organisation who have created an additional role due to its evolution.
This is a really exciting opportunity for the right person as the Care Co-ordinator/Scheduler will be assisting the Care Manager in the initiation of the ‘Agency’, will partake in the generation of new business/clientele, carry out risk assessments and care plans and oversee the efficient and effective process of supplying care workers into the community to provide a service to the elderly in their own homes. The Care Co-ordinator/Scheduler must have experience in an administrative/co-ordinating capacity and you must possess a passionate approach to care, be adaptable, personable, demonstrate empathy, and also have the need to succeed.
you must be able to drive and live no further than 1/2 hour away from the office due to the responsibilities encompassing the role.
