The Company: A well established and expanding manufacturer of production machines and equipment to rubber and plastic processing industries based on Stakehill, Middleton.
Skills
• Finding suppliers
• Develop long term supplier relationships and partnerships.
• Monitoring delivery times to ensure goods are received on time
• Preparing purchase orders
• Retrieving and comparing prices
• Processing of material requisitions
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
• Reducing costs
• Knowledge of purchase order systems and related software
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Liaise with multiple departments within the organisation
Must be computer literate in Excel and SAGE50- however training would be given to the right candidate.
